The day has finally come. Teana picked me up directly from the airport and the trip began. It hasn't felt like the 10+ hour drive, but that might just be because I have been passed out for a majority of the trip. After getting out first tank of gas we headed out of Phoenix and made for Las Vegas. We made good time only having to fill up once in Kingman.
We arrived in Vegas around 10, met with a few of Teana's friends from her mission days. We went to visit Brother Graham whom Teana taught the missionary discussions to and was later baptized. Then we went to the Distrubtion center to visit Sister Graham who was working. After that a quick visit into the Vegas temple to say hi to Sister Urry who was working as well. Then we meet up with Michelle and ate lunch, then crawled back into the car to head out again.
Made a brief stop in Cedar City to see the re-creation Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and hit the road again. After a quick refuel we met Cory, Sadie, Jason, Tricia and Adam for sushi in Lehi then off to Tyler's house to sleep in a actual bed for the first time in weeks. It was a fun visit with everyone glad that the first part was over. Onto more adventure tomorrow.
I forgot to take pictures with everyone.
